One Board Blonde Chick was founded in May of 2025 by Karen, who was born and raised along the Connecticut shoreline. An elementary school teacher for over 30 years, making charcuterie boards for her friends and family and her love of hosting parties and creating memorable gatherings were what she loved to do in her spare time. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into One Board Blonde Chick, where she realized how much joy she found in turning food into artful, elegant experiences.
From weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and graduations to just a cozy night in with friends, every spread made is crafted with care, creativity, and plenty of love.
Her mission is simply to help you slow down, savor the moment, and celebrate life - one delicious board at a time.
